Citrus Salad

Serves 4

1 orange
1 grapefruit
1 pink grapefruit
1 bunch watercress
1 Coxs apple
50g (2oz) sultanas

Carefully peel the citrus fruit and remove all the pith. Slice thinly into four plates.

Dice the apple.

Arrange the watercress on top of the fruit.

Top with a mixture of the apples and sultanas.

Serve fresh and crisp.
