Watercress and fruit smoothie

This will serve about 3-4 – it is quick and easy to prepare and tastes great!

Simply take:

1 Avocado
1 Mango (as ripe as possible)
1 Banana
1 Bunch fresh Watercress

Cut around the Avocado stone with a sharp knife, break in two, remove the stone and scoop out the flesh with a large spoon.

Do the same thing with the Mango. Put the Avocado, Mango, peeled Banana and Watercress into a blender/liquidiser.

Add about a pint of cold water (or you could use a fruit juice of your choice to add sweetness) and blend on maximum for about 50 seconds until you have something that resembles the look and consistency of Shreks swamp!

Add more water/juice to make is less gloopy!

Consume immediately!
