1 pkt crumpets
1 stick celery
2 bunches watercress
50g (2oz) walnuts
85g (3oz) stilton
50g (2oz) cream cheese
4 celery sticks and green grapes to serve
Gently grill the crumpets.
Meanwhile finely chop one pack of watercress, one stick of celery and the walnuts.
Mix to a pate with the stilton and cream cheese.
Serve with the hot crumpets, the remaining watercress, a celery stick and grapes.
